Custom corporate CTFs

A well-built CTF reveals in one day what a technical interview does not reveal in three rounds: how a person thinks when stuck, what they try next, and how they document what they found.

What it is for

A CTF is not just a game. Depending on how it is designed, it solves concrete people and skills problems.

  • Recruitment — assess candidates by real behaviour instead of a CV and a conversation.
  • Internal assessment — map the technical skill the team already has, and the skill it lacks.
  • Skill building — reinforce training content in a competitive format, which tends to engage more.
  • Engagement and brand — an open or industry event bringing your company closer to the security community.
  • Onboarding — speed up how new hires get familiar with the stack and internal conventions.

Challenges built on your context

A generic challenge pulled from a public repository measures writeup recall. We build challenges on your reality: the language your team uses, the architecture it maintains, the failure classes that already showed up in your pentests.

The result is an exercise where participants solve something that resembles their actual work, and the organization sees a gap that genuinely matters.

  • Web, binary, forensics, cryptography, cloud and Active Directory categories.
  • Progressive difficulty, so the event works with mixed levels in the same room.
  • Infrastructure, scoreboard and event support handled by us.
  • Individual or team formats, in person or remote.

What you receive

  • Platform, challenges and event infrastructure, operated by us end to end.
  • Performance report per participant and per technical category.
  • Official writeups for every challenge, released after the event closes.
  • A reading of the skill gaps observed, with a suggested training track.

Common formats

  • A one-day internal event closing out a training track.
  • A hiring process with challenges released per stage.
  • An open competition sponsored by your company, aimed at employer branding.
  • A permanent environment, with new challenges published periodically.

Frequently asked

Do we need our own infrastructure?
No. We host the platform and the challenges and handle operations during the event. If your policy requires hosting in your environment, that is possible too — it is settled during planning.
Does it work for people who never played a CTF?
Yes, as long as the event is designed for it. We include an introductory tier with guided challenges, so newcomers do not spend the whole day stuck on the first problem.
Can it be used in a hiring process?
Yes, and it is one of the most effective uses. It is worth agreeing beforehand which signals matter — speed, documentation quality, collaboration — because that changes the design of the challenges and the scoreboard.
